NanoCOM-EHL, a COM Express Type 10 CPU Module, is part of the multiplatform product line supported by Intel® Atom™ x6000E, Celeron® and Pentium® N and J series processors (formerly Elkhart Lake).

NanoCOM-EHL uses power-efficient 12W Intel Atom, Pentium, and Celeron processors with up to 16GB of onboard LPDDR4 system memory in a compact 3.31-inch by 2.17-inch (84mm by 55mm) COM Express Type 10 form factor. The module also has the option of 64 GB onboard eMMC storage.

An impressive feat considering its small size is the NanoCOM-EHL's capacity to accommodate multiple Expansion modules via its four PCIe slots; This, combined with its processing power and small form factor, makes it suitable for use in semiconductor test equipment.
