The BYTEM-123-PC is based on a quad-Core Intel® Atom™ processor E3845 and EN50155 certified for railway applications. It provides high computing performance and low power consumption, operating silently in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 75°C. Meeting EN50155 standards, the units support input voltages including 24V (default), 72V and 110V (Optional). They have IP65 protection to make the front panels dustproof and washable, and an IP54 rating for the entire unit. To enhance the functionality and performance of the BYTEM-103-PC, IBASE has added a two-finger multi-touch screen that gives users more control over the user interface. Onboard I/O and Expansion features support M12 connectors for power input and 10/100M Ethernet communications, two USB 3.0, one USB 2.0, and Gigabit Ethernet controllers for system and software setup or maintenance. The systems also support VESA mounting and an optional rack-mount kit for mounting in different installation types.

The fanless BYTEM-W071-PC operates quietly and reliably in harsh environments. It comes with two SO-DIMM slots to accommodate up to 8GB of 1333MHz DDR3L system memory and one 2.5-inch Half-Size SATA SSD. It also features two Gigabit Ethernet and two COM ports.

IBASE offers various sizes with the BYTEM series: BYTEM-101-PC for 10.1" and BYTEM-121-PC for 12.1" models. Both models support additional 9V~30V DC power input function.
