The FWA6404 networking device features four high-speed Gigabit LANs and offers support for the new Intel® Atom™ processor C2000 family and Intel® QuickAssist technology. Housed in a 1U Rackmount chassis, the FWA6404 is designed for a variety of networking applications requiring high computing performance and large bandwidth applications. The LAN port supports four onboard Base-T Gigabit LAN ports and one LAN module card Expansion slot. Two DDR3 RAM (memory) slots allow 16 GB of system memory with or without ECC support.
This powerful network system offers high performance, reliability and functionality. LAN bypass functionality, required in some applications, can be configured in the BIOS. The installed system Fan provides the correct operating temperature for the system as well as less Fan noise. ze
